About the Company - C. Johnson Construction Inc.

C. Johnson Construction Inc. was established in December of 2005 when Corey Johnson, owner and president, changed the name of the company from Island Construction Site and Utilities to its present name, and took full control of the company which had already been in existence for more than a decade.

CJC, Inc. is a member of the Skagit Island Counties Builder's Association (SICBA) and the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW).

Corey Johnson, along with his crew of hardworking, qualified employees, brings years of experience in civil construction to the worksite.

Corey Johnson (President/Estimator)

With over 25 years experience in construction, Corey Johnson has what it takes to execute the successful completion of all his company's contracts. Corey first started with Island Construction Site & Utilities, Inc. in 1996 and in 2005 formed C. Johnson Construction, Inc. In addition to heading up operations at C. Johnson Construction, Inc., Corey is an active part of his community. He is a member of the Whidbey Island Rotary, a supporter of the Boys' and Girls' Club of Oak Harbor, and a member of the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce.

Sarah Nienhuis (Secretary/Treasurer)

Sarah rounds out the accounting department with dual Bachelor of Art degrees in Accounting & Business Administration-Finance and a Masters in Business Administration, and she is familiar with Prevailing Wage and Davis Bacon payroll requirements. She also handles the day-to-day office operation activities. Since 2003, Sarah has been with the team. She is a native to the area and an active member of her community.

Randy Blindauer (Superintendent)

Randy Blindauer has over 27 years experience in the construction industry. He is thoroughly practiced in supervising multiple crews, setting up worksites, planning construction projects, and operating heavy equipment. He's also a certified erosion and spill control lead and has been with the company since 2001.

Michael Guernsey (Project Foreman)

Mike has over 20 years experience in the industry. He is a willing and valuable team player. From operating heavy equipment to laboring in the ditches and filling out paperwork, Mike is there to get the job done. Mike is also certified for erosion and spill control and has been with the team since 2003.

Theo DiTullio

Theo has been working on Whidbey Island since 1990. He has vast experience on all types of drainfield and septic system installations. He also has a broad base of site development experience working on commercial and residential projects including utility and drainage work. Theo has been a licensed System Maintenance Professional and a certified Alternative System Installer since 1992.
